This page explains what personal information Football Holdings collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a protected (hashed) form of your password. We never store your password itself.
- Profile details you choose to add: country and avatar.
- Identity verification: your full name and National Identification Number (NIN), if you choose to verify.
- Bank details for withdrawals: bank name, account number and account name.
- Messages you send us: the name, email address and message you enter in the contact form, so that we can reply.
- Game and wallet activity: your club, matches, player exchanges, deposits, withdrawals and the time you were last active.
Why we use it
- To run your account and the game.
- To confirm who you are before paying a withdrawal, and to make sure one person holds one verified account.
- To pay withdrawals to your bank account.
- To prevent fraud and keep the game fair.
- To contact you about your account, such as a password reset or a verification decision.
Who sees it
Other managers see only your public profile: name, avatar, country, club, results and whether you are verified. Your email, NIN, bank details and wallet are private.
Our team can see your details to review verification and withdrawals. We share information with our payment provider only as needed to process your payments, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep financial records.
How we protect it
Connections to our servers are encrypted, access to private details is limited to our team, and our database is backed up daily.
Your choices
You can change your profile and bank details in the app. You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to close your account and delete what we are not required to keep, by writing to us through the contact form.
